- Mr. Hemming graduated cum laude from Western State College of Law in Irvine, CA, earning a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Writing and Research. During law school, he gained practical experience at a civil litigation and bankruptcy law firm. He is licensed to practice in California, Texas, and Alaska and is admitted to all four federal districts of California. A member of the California Lawyers Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, Mr. Hemming’s practice focuses on medical malpractice, personal injury, and bankruptcy law. He remains committed to delivering honest, transparent legal services to individuals and businesses within the jurisdictions he serves.
